At The Running Collective, we strive to ensure every customer loves their purchase! As a print-on-demand store, all our designs are custom-made just for you, which allows us to minimise waste and support a more sustainable production process. By working with trusted global suppliers, we can offer a wider range of high-quality products that are made to order, reducing unnecessary stock and environmental impact.
Because each item is created just for you, we can only offer returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. We encourage you to double-check the size chart and colour options before placing your order to ensure your item is exactly how you’d like it.
Our Return Policy:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description of the issue. We'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, colour, or size due to an error on our part, please let us know, and we’ll make it right.
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or an item is missing, please reach out and we will make it right.
- If your order arrives and it’s not as described (e.g., the print, colour, or sizing doesn’t match what you saw online). Please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
What we can’t accept
Because each item is made for you, we’re sorry but we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or didn’t like the colour. We encourage you to use our size-chart, and select carefully — double-check before you order.
