As a print-on-demand store, all our designs are custom-made just for you, which allows us to minimise waste and support a more sustainable production process. By working with trusted global suppliers, we can offer a wider range of high-quality products that are made to order, reducing unnecessary stock and environmental impact.
Because each item is created just for you, we can only offer returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. We encourage you to double-check the size chart and colour options before placing your order to ensure your item is exactly how you’d like it.
Our Return Policy:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description of the issue. We'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, colour, or size due to an error on our part, please let us know, and we’ll make it right.
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or an item is missing, please reach out and we will make it right.
